The already feverish excitement for the big screen adaptation of ‘Wicked‘ only seems to be growing ahead of the Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo-led film’s flight into theaters on Friday (November 22).

Just ask Sy’Rai Smith and Krista Campbell – daughters of GRAMMY-winning divas Brandy and Erica Campbell respectively.

Donning costumes akin to the movie’s main characters Elphaba and Glinda “the Good Witch” in a suprise music video drop, the young duo gave 90’s music lovers a better-than-good updated take on the history-making 1998 Brandy and Monica duet ‘The Boy Is Mine.’

As Smith (expectedly) took on the legendary lines of her mom, Krista breathed new life into Mo’s verse with her soaring rendition.

It’s a good month to be Eminem!

The legendary rapper recently learned he’s among an esteemed group of hitmakers like Janet Jackson, Alanis Morissette, and Sheryl Crow nominated for induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame next year – news that came just a week after he found out hits from his last album, ‘The Death of Slim Shady,’ garnered multiple 2025 GRAMMY nominations.

Capitalizing on the momentum, Em gifted yet another cut from ‘Death’ the single treatment – the JID-assisted ‘Fuel‘ – by unveiling its ‘Street Fighter‘-inspired lyric video on Monday (November 18).

“If I run out of fuel, I won’t / What the f-ck y’all gon’ do if I don’t / Run out of fuel? (Down, down, down, down, do-do-do-do—) / That scares the f-ck out of you,” the 52-year-old raps over Denaun production.
