Continuing on her in bid to be taken seriously as a “hip and happening” bad girl is Disney star Zendaya, the entertainer originally tapped to portray the late ‘Aaliyah’ in her ‘Lifetime‘ biopic.

Alas, while fellow children’s TV star Ariana Grande built her “cool” on stellar material and faultless vocals with relative ease, Ms. Coleman is still yet to find relevant footing on ground outside of Disney‘s front door.

The answer to her branding problem? Good music.

As many an artist will confirm, the promo trail for a new project often brings many twists and turns. Just ask Omarion.

The singer and reality star (who has enjoyed a resurgence of sorts on ‘Love & Hip-Hop Hollywood’) stopped by The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1 today to promote his new album ‘Sex Playlist’.

Before touching on the LP (which arrived in stores this week), the former B2K lead used the start of the interview to address the drama surrounding his “member” {Note: as viewers of the VH1 show will recall, O’s girlfriend Apryl made quite the fuss about him being uncircumcised}

After grilling the hosts for poking fun at him about the matter in other interviews, the 30-year-old – unprompted – revealed that he has since had the “snip”.

We’re thinking this skews into “T.M.I” territory. But, promote that album ay.

After using ‘Love & Hip Hop Hollywood‘ to showcase his well received personality, R&B’s Omarion takes it back to the music this year, no doubt hoping to reclaim the audience he lost after 2006’s ‘Ice Box.‘

Beating 2013’s “winner” Beyonce, Kim was awarded the title after a number of attention grabbing moves orchestrated by her camp saw internet users flock to search engine to “keep up” with the celebrity.

Since blazing onto the scene in 2008, Lady GaGa has earned the title of one of music’s hardest working women.

It’s clearly a status the star wears with pride because she continues to showcase such traits.

For, a mere matter of days after wrapping her six-month ‘artRave’ tour in Paris, the 28-year-old hit New York this morning to perform on The View in support of her chart-topping Jazz album ‘Cheek To Cheek’.

Together with Tony Bennett, her duet partner, Mother Monster soared with a rousing rendition of the LP’s title track.

Kim Kardashian has carved out quite the career since her infamous “tape” with Ray J.

Rita Ora may still be on the rise, but if there’s one thing the masses have cemented in their minds is that she certainly knows how to multi-task.

The British chart-topper is currently shooting a stint as a judge on The Voice UK, is set to stair in the ’50 Shades of Grey’ movie, and recording a concept soundtrack for the broadway production ‘Finding Neverland’ starring Matthew Morrison. 23-year-old Ora is also putting the finishing touches to her new album, due early next year.
