The promo trail is seeing quite its fair share of Lizzo as the ‘About Damn Time’ hitmaker is blazing a path in support of her sophomore major label release ‘Special.’

Already forecasted to land in the top 10 of next week’s Billboard 200 (as we reported here), Liz is putting in work to push the set to even higher heights on the tally.

In addition to rocking live TV performances, radio interviews, and more, the GRAMMY winner’s also gracing the pages of a number of print outlets – most recently making headlines for a stunning spread in ‘ELLE UK.’

This week may have seen Doja Cat‘s ‘Planet Her’ hit single ‘Get Into It (Yuh)’ get into the top 40 for the first time (marking the 12th visit of her career to the chart territory), but she may be well on her way to nabbing her 13th if the ongoing success of ‘Vegas’ is any indication.

The tune, which serves as the lead single from the forthcoming soundtrack of the eponymous Elvis Presley biopic directed by Baz Luhrmann, was released at the top of May and has already clawed its way to a #56 peak on the Hot 100 (as of time reported). Buoyed by a thick interpolation of Presley’s hit ‘Hound Dog’ (which was originally performed by Big Mama Thornton in 1952), ‘Vegas’ was further brought to notoriety with a sizzling music video that was released at the top of June.

Now, after helping push the song to its current Hot 100 height, Doja is hoping to send it even higher by inviting viewers into a behind the scenes look at the Child-directed action of the clip.  See it inside.

Doja Cat entered the 64th annual GRAMMY Awards tied with R&B songstress H.E.R. for title of the night’s most-nominated female act.

Yet, that industry recognition still isn’t enough to keep the rapstress from hanging up her mic – if an explosive rant on Twitter recently is anything to judge by.

While walking the event’s red carpet Sunday night (April 3), Doja addressed the rumors she’d soon be pressing the STOP button on her whirlwind career while also giving a huge shout out to her idol, Nicki Minaj, as well as rising femcee Doechii.

Doja Cat dominated the Billboard charts in 2021 (and well into 2022) with hits found aboard her third studio album, ‘Planet Her.’

For that reason and more, it’s only fitting the Rap diva was bestowed the PowerHouse Award at the 2022 Billboard Women in Music event Wednesday night (March 2).

Presented the honor by fellow stage blazer Normani, Cat not only made headlines for delivering an impassioned acceptance speech and stunning performance of her song ‘Alone,’ but also for sending her fans – affectionately called #Kittens – into a frenzy with reports she may be gearing up to share studio time with the former Fifth Harmony star.

Doja Cat may already be clawing toward the release of the music video for her next ‘Planet Her’ single ‘Get Into It (Yuh),’  but her faithful fans (affectionately called #Kittens) shouldn’t think that means she’s abandoned promo for its predecessor, ‘Woman.’

Released just last month, the Child-directed clip – which stars Teyana Taylor and is inspired by Michael Jackson‘s classic ‘Remember the Time’ visual – may have come as the fourth cut to get the video treatment from ‘Planet’ but it landed as one of Doja’s most critically acclaimed ever.

In a bid to get that critical acclaim to be reflected commercially as ‘Woman’ boasts the lowest peak among all the set’s singles to date (#52 on the Hot 100), Cat and team are unveiling a peek at the behind the scenes action of the clip’s creation.

See how it all unfolded inside:
