While 2010 brought much joy for R&B star Ne-Yo (namely the birth of his daughter), the year alo carried with it commercial disappointment. Indeed, after countless delays and non-charting singles, the 31 year old’s ‘Libra Scale’ LP went on to become the worst-selling of his otherwise successful career.
Reflecting on the sales in a recent interview with the BBC, the singer-songwriter admitted that the album was not his best, why he felt it tanked, and what his immediate plans are following the project.
Lauryn Hill has been performing at events across the US throughout 2010 but now she’s ready to make things official. The Hip-Hop legend has announced plans to tour the States, kicking off the venture in February 2011. Look below for the full list of dates via Rap-Up:
With Keyshia Cole‘s new LP ‘Calling All Hearts’ due out in stores today, sources close to the project are said to be worried about its lack of hit singles upon release.
Cole however isn’t so worried; though she does, in a recent interview with the Associated Press, admit to ‘I Ain’t Thru’ being the wrong single to lead the project.
