‘Candy Shop’ rapper 50 Cent didn’t exactly get the sweetest response from Madonna once she got word he was ridiculing her on his Instagram page.
As we reported here last week, the rapper shared a photo of the Pop Queen in a precarious position while captioning the post with ageist commentary.
After his stinging words topped headlines, Madge hit back with some fiery commentary of her own – a move that prompted Cent (born Curtis Jackson) to walk back his initial statement.
Mýa extends her acting resume by taking center stage in the new Lifetime film, ‘My Favorite Christmas Melody,’ as part of the women’s network’s ‘It’s a Wonderful Lifetime’ holiday movie campaign.
Starring opposite Rainbow Sun Francks, the GRAMMY-winning R&B diva portrays a singer-songwriter who finds love amid her failing music career after a bigger artist steals her song.
Directed by Michael Kennedy, ‘Melody’ was produced by Champlain Media while Tom Berry and Suzanne Chapman lead the team of executive producers.

Little Mix made headlines this week after announcing that, following a decade of continued dominance, they are to take a hiatus upon the climax of their 2022 ‘Confetti Tour.’
Still, with the group’s greatest hits compilation ‘Between Us’ impressively taking extended residence in the top 10 of the Official UK Album Chart, the ladies are pressing on the promotional trail. The Graham Norton Show was their latest stop.
There, the ladies delivered a spirited rendition of the LP’s title track – which serves as one of five new songs featured alongside their classic jams on the combined project.

SZA has heeded the requests of fans who’ve been lobbying for her to release the song ‘I Hate U’ in full.
The track arrived as part of a three-song drop on an anonymous SoundCloud in August. And despite not being available more widely went on to enjoy viral success in snippet form on TikTok.
Speaking on its popularity in a post announcing its traditional release, SZA said of the Thank God 4 Cody production:
“Honestly this started out as an exercise. I jus wanted somewhere to dump my thoughts w out pressure… y’all made it a thing and I’m not mad lmao. Ask and u shall receive.”

Mary J. Blige is wasting no time lighting a match under her dual single release.
For, on the same day the Queen of Hip-Hop/Soul unwrapped ‘Amazing’ and ‘Good Morning Gorgeous,’ she has premiered the video for the latter.
Directed by Eif Rivera, the visual for the empowering anthem sees MJB toast to herself and leave difficult times behind.
As reported, Blige recently revealed that her incoming album – her first since 2017’s ‘Strength of a Woman’ – will see her celebrate coming out of the side of triumph after all she’s been through. Lyrically, she says, she’ll be singing her truth with a candidness like never before.
Ahead of the LP’s arrival in January (the same month in which she will co-headline the Super Bowl Halftime Show), check out the visual for ‘Good Morning Gorgeous’ below…
