With his third studio LP ‘Evolver’ out in stores this week, John Legend stopped by the Late Show With David Letterman last night to perform current single ‘Green Light’ (is it me or did anyone else NOT know his album was out?). As for the performance, it was pretty good; it’sreal refreshing to see John stepping out from his expected norm. More power to him.

I really like this song…but I smell a flop!
I agree wth the person above me (knox) I LUV THIS SONG, it hott, I got the cd 4 free (thank god!) its ok 2 me, i wasnt expectin much, but 2nd album (yuk) this 1, uggggh, ok-1st was the best, these stars get this money & it goes 2 their heads & they 4get the drive they had 2 get there & jst start makin crap, IDK, its NOT crap, BUT its uugggghhh, — luv this song tho! really good performance & the back up guy IS A CUTIE!!!
The back up guy is MOS DEF a cutie…must be one of his brothers. S*** uptempo does not become John Legend, however, and I don’t see this going far. My favorite track from the CD is “Quickly”.
