R. Kelly Asks: “Do You Want More Trapped In The Closet?”
R&B veteran R. Kelly has revealed that he has more ‘Trapped In The Closet’ chapters ready for release – that is, only if fans want to see and hear.
Originally debuting in 2005, the hip-hopera, as Kelly then deemed it, was a collection of songs which related to a particular narrative; with each chapter connecting to the next. As I’m sure most of you know already, the first-of-its-kind release was hugely successful, with radio and consumer lapping it up. What we’re keen to find out though…

Yes, I thought they were hilarious and I really enjoyed trying to figure out what happens next. People take it too serious but its meant to be funny and interesting. Like a musical, urban soap opera.

Trapped in the closet was a good concept the problem was that the song. If he wrote 20 30 songs that had a narrative and inter linked then it would be just like a musical but it was the same song with 20-30 stories that get boring after chapter 4

Trapped in the closet is entertaining! I enjoy a little of it every once in a while. I enjoy a good R&B slow jam from R. Kelly every once in a while as well. If at all possible, release more trapped in the closet AND continue to release regular music…don’t rely fully on trapped in the closet…give us the best of both worlds!

That Whole Trapped In The Closet(Chapters 1-22 ) Thing made R.Kelly a musical Genius, Every story leads you to want more, Its like a musical meets Story, The Music its self is his best, As soon as that forever long beat kicks in I am entertained through out & the comedy is the best part cause it really can be very Funny & also there’s an element of surprise & suspense…
R.Kelly always said that the series would continue on & on. 1-12(05) 13-22(07) 22-X(10) Cant Wait for this & the Boondocks!!

The setting & The Acting is really good too, I think its great that he only used expiring Actors & Not many familiar Faces. & the way he experiments with his wonderful Voice. Id give it a Perfect 10/10, thats how much I love it…
