She is responsible for writing such hits as ‘Till The World Ends‘ by Britney Spears‘ and her very own ‘Your Love Is My Drug‘, yet Pop character Ke$ha has found cementing her status as one of Pop’s leading women both a difficult and tedious task time and time again.
However, it would appear the ‘Backstabber‘ entertainer is preparing to change all of that with her upcoming LP. For in a recent interview, she revealed that she not only plans to change her own sound but reinvent Pop music altogether.
More information below…
Speaking to the Calgary Herald, she confessed:
I want to take enough time to make sure it’s the reinvention of pop music, That’s the ultimate goal, to reinvent pop music. So I’m planning on taking as much time as I need, but May sounds about right.

Lol. First of all it does not, not even remotely imo. They have an almost identical bpm, but that’s about it.
And also, you would rather have to say that “I Kissed A Girl” sounded like “Right Round” if you wanna compare them and be technical about it. Don’t forget that “Right Round” was just a cover of Dead Or Alive’s original song from the 80′s, and for Flo Rida’s version, Doctor Luke just took Dead Or Alive’s chorus and the beat as it was and added state of the art synths and production to it.

I have high hopes for the new album. She does have more talent than people give her credit for. She has credit for writing SOME part of EACH and every one of her songs. So you have to acknowledge that, at least. As far as producers…well, I think it depends who she works with as to what her sound will be like. Her vocals aren’t going to change unless she learns to sing better and takes off the autotune. Some Dr. Luke + Max Martin songs should sound great, as long as they can pull off the “cock rock” sound she is after. I’d also really love to see her work with Skrillex, because his style is right up her alley!
