November 7th saw Michael Jackson fans everywhere welcome the news that Conrad Murray had been found guilty of manslaughter of the star and today saw the legal system work in their favor once again.
For minutes ago- Dr.Conrad Murray was sentenced to four years in prison for the murder of the icon.

Indeed, Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor issued the ruling at the Los Angeles Superior Court, sentencing the shamed Doctor to the maximum period of time permitted to be given in a case such as this.
Set to serve his sentence in a state prison, Murray was convicted for death of the performer from an overdose of the anesthetic propofol, a powerfully lethal sedative.

To be honest, I do not think Conrad deserves 4 years in prison. Michael did this to himself, I believe he made have played a part in it, but I dont think he did all of the harm himself. I mean s*** take his license away. MJ has been gone for 2 years, he isnt here to defend himself, so yeah dude looks like the bad guy. I feel sorry for him. It doesn’t matter what MJ was asking for. You’re insinuating that because MJ wanted the drugs that it’s OK for Murray to give it to him..even though said drugs are not supposed to be given outside of a hospital setting? I disagree.

Btw, comparing Murray to MJs molestation case shows how ignorant and uneducated that you are. There is proof that Murray was negligent, hence, the reason he has received jail time as punishment. There was never any proof that MJ molested anyone. His FBI files show nothing. The FBI and LAPD both investigated MJ for years after the trial ended but found no evidence . He was innoncent.
If you want to speak on the settlement I’ll put it in simple terms. MJ was sued in a civil case. Settlement in a civil case does not affect a criminal case. MEANING, the Chandler family had every opportunity to follow through with a criminal case even after the settlement. They CHOSE not to. The kid and the family chose not to participate.

no contradiction at all, Murray is guilty of negligence, he gave medication that he shouldn’t and he left him unattended and he should go to jail and lose his license for it, but Mj shoulders alot of the blame as well. He was an addict and he knew what he was asking for and he knew the risk, hence why he was turned down by every doc until he found one who cared about money more. Murray should pay for his role but to say he is the one who killed Mj is false. Mj willingly excepted the risk and unfortunately paid the ultimate sacrifice with his life n** thats the chance an addict takes.

You say that the public should put total relevancy on how the justice system works, and simply accept the fact that what is handed out by judges is correct (hence, why you believe that the fact MJ was acquitted of all charges makes him wholly innocent). Then you go and state that the justice system is wrong for incarcerating Dr. Conrad for only four years, and imply it’s because he’s black?
You need to get something adjusted – I don’t know if it’s your lacefront weave or your meds, but you need to get something adjusted.
