Get into this clip of Power 105.1’s Cherry interviewing Hip Hop heroine Charli Baltimore recently.
In support of her upcoming album, the Murder Inc alum dished on a number of issues but more interestingly- aired out her feelings on the Biggie Smalls bio pic ‘Notorious‘.

She makes a valid point.
Because, as much as Ms. Wallace may choose to ignore this- her son was not as innocent as the flick would suggest,and like most mothers- saw the side of her son that he wanted her to see.
From portraying Lil Kim as the promiscuous puppet to Faith Evans’ angelic wife, to completely overlooking Big’s relationship with Charli herself, the debate surrounding ‘Notorious’ accuracy is showing no signs of dying out any time soon.

i think….Charli needs to shut-up, enough already, biggie been dead for 10+ years. For all intents and purposes, Kim was his “main” mistress and artist, she wasn’t…damn.
She speaks the truth…. that movie was nothing more than a fluff piece on Biggie’s life by Biggie’s moms.
I’m anxiously awaiting a TRUE biopic of Biggie, Pac and the entire East/West fued cos that Notorious movie made Biggie & Faith look like angels and WE know that ish ain’t true.

The family got the version they wanted out. Simple as that

Who cares? The movie was not supposed to be about her involvement with him. It was a generic and glorified look into his life. The story did not make Big look like an angel one bit. He cheated on Faith, slept with Kim and smoked weed.
For example when a guy who receives it is glorified, and a girl who is known to give it suffers mockery and a tarnished reputation .
