This week’s charts are in!
Showcasing impressive numbers scored by Adele, Madonna, Lana Del Rey and Drake, this week saw US album sales rise by 8% and now, without further delay, find out where your favorite came in on the tally below…
#1 for the 19th time is Adele‘s ’21‘, with 122,000 copies sold in the last seven days and is now perched one place above Lana Del Rey‘s ‘Born To Die‘.
With 77,000 units shifted since debuting last week, the album’s ascent to #2 follows its impressive UK debut, which saw it come at a #1.
Elsewhere, Drake‘s ‘Take Care’ enjoys a 13% sales increase this week with 30,000 units sold, rising three places to #6 and 4 spots above Rihanna‘s ‘Talk That Talk’ which re-entered the Top Ten with 22,000 copies.
Following her record breaking set at the Superbowl on Sunday, Madonna’s ‘Celebration‘ rose to #24, aided by Amazon slashing its sale price to $3.99 on February 5th.
As well as this, her latest single ‘Give Me All Your Luvin‘ featuring MIA and Nicki Minaj debuts at #7 on the digital chart, while Minaj‘s ‘Turn Me On‘ holds its #3 spot, one spot beneath Adele‘s ‘Set Fire To The Rain’.

At first i didn’t like the single them i love it, is the kind of song that made Madonna a Pop force, simply Pop, nothing special but is very catchy, she said that the album is like two sides, one is very funny (solveig songs) and one is very dark (orbit songs), i like that. As a fan of Madonna i learn to enjoy every move that she make in her career, cause at the end of the day i will eat whatever s*** she puts out, only her can’t make that for me. That’s why she is still relevant today coz a lots fans turns back to their idols when they don’t make something that you want, don’t gimme with that s*** that you will not support this single because is not good, if you are a real fan of Madonna you will like it, coz you get used to it to her changes in Music, looks everything, she’s the greatest chameleonic in Music.
