In saying that, though its follow up ‘Talk To Me’ will undoubtedly strike a stronger chord with Hip Hop audiences, ‘XOX’ serves as the perfect introduction for an act responsible for crafting two of the year’s greatest hits.

The songwriting and vocals are on point, but the production is dated. Part of what made Climax so successful was Diplo’s work on that song. I just feel like they could’ve put more than a generic R&B beat to this. Don’t get me wrong, I like the song and I’ll definitely be checking for him, but I think he could’ve come a little stronger.
