Having amassed more than fifteen years in the music business, it’s safe to say millions have watched Kelly Rowland grow into womanhood.
Now married and a mother, Ms. Kelly celebrates her many roles on the cover of Essence Magazine‘s April 2015 issue.
Joined by husband Tim Weatherspoon, the singer offers the world its first look at the couple’s four month old son, Titan Jewell.
A number of snaps have emerged from the Kwaku Alston lensed shoot, however now the full spread has surfaced in high definition.

Speaking on motherhood, the 34-year-old gushed:
“The most surprising thing for me is how fast he is growing and how much joy he has given me.
When he laughed for the first time, I cried. It was the most beautiful sound I’ve ever heard.”
On father and son bonding, Rowland added:
“I have to say whatever ‘baby challenge’ you put in front of Tim, he passes it with flying colors. He is just the best dad!”

It’s hard to compare “21” to “Loud” but I see your point. Kelly’s had the chance numerous times by chucked it by not promoting her work well and horrendous pr where she spends more time taking about Beyoncé than her own work. Even Janet was smart enough to not make her brother Michael, a topic of conversation in every interview.
It’s a shame, really. There hasn’t been a Black female artist since Whitney who experienced success in Pop, RnB, Dance and Rap/Sung music since Whitney. She threw it.
