As the age old adage goes: anything can happen.
And oh did that ring true backstage at Drake‘s ‘Summer Sixteen Tour’ in New York City last night.
For, the superstar rapper was snapped popping bottles with radio personality Charlamagne Tha God.

The Breakfast Club host has made many a headline over the years for his not so endorsing remarks about the ‘VIEWS’ MC.
Indeed, while never outrightly slamming the Canadian, the cultural commentator has consistently questioned Drizzy’s authenticity and singing abilities.
Clearly, though, whatever differences there were are now water under the bridge. Because both took to social media to share the snap below…
Drake captioned his post with:

While Charlamagne added:

The bottles they pose with are, of course, a nod to the lyrics Drake offered in last year’s Meek Mill massacre ‘Back To Back’ [on which he rapped “you gon’ make me buy bottles for Charlamagne.”]
He kept his promise on that front and now they’re sharing ’em. A full circle moment.
That said…
The timing of the patch-up is incredibly “interesting” given the Hip-Hop star’s recent beef with Funkmaster Flex.
See, the DJ works at Hot 97… the direct rival of Power 105.1 … which is home of ‘The Breakfast Club’…. which is co-hosted by Charlamagne.
Makes one wonder if there’s a little bit of “my enemy’s enemy is my friend” going on here.

Men put no vision into their stage outfits for huge concerts anymore. I mean Michael Jackson/Prince/Elvis/Jimmy Hendrix even several rock bands and others gave you a collection of LOOKS! Now most men look like they are strolling to their local Whole Foods markets while doing shows, I don’t get it.
I hated Justin Biebers tour outfits, Chris Brown, Kanye, etc they all look so bland when on tour, like where is the thought process and budget to marry fashion & music…. Stop giving us rag looks on stage!
