Times are a-changing over at ‘Bravo.’

Yes, before the November 9th unlocking of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s seventh cycle, a report has emerged claiming the network has implemented new rules set to make life harder for every ‘Wife’ in the ‘Real’ family…but all the more enjoyable for their viewers.

Why the demotion of ‘Atlanta’s Porsha Williams may now make sense to those who opposed it?

Details below…

‘Naughty But Nice Rob‘ reports:

It sounds like Bravo executives have been listening to viewers, who are sick of fake and boring story lines and women that join the show just to hawk and promote their products.

Naughty But Nice Rob reports that all of the ladies will have a new clause added in their contracts, and if they don’t bring the drama, they will be fired! “Now ladies are being offered only 8 week contracts.

If they don’t deliver the drama in the first few weeks of taping they will be dropped,” a Bravo insider tells the site. “In the past, cast members have promised the world, even getting married and having a baby.

But once filming starts all those promises go away and instead the cast focuses on selling their dull products. But no more!” “Bravo has got [sic] super smart. They wont be followed by false promises anymore. If the ladies don’t deliver the drama fast, they will be cut,” one cast member tells Rob.

What do you make of Bravo’s supposed new rules?

I think that is very whack. No prejudicism in the comment, but i feel now that anybody is going to look at these african-american women and think that they are sterotypical to african-ameicans period. The show has been doing good, but it seems now they want people to go overboard all for money.

P.S. Now of days, i feel as though i cannot even fault someone for calling me a name because i feel as though it is encouraged on tv, and people think they can do it in real life.

I think this is sad. originally, these shows started as an inside REAL look of people’s lives and drama just came with it naturallly. its sad that because producers are now making it rehearsed and forced..

Other than make up or bicker with Kenya, there wasn’t much else for Porsha to do this season. I don’t see a shakeup here. I think Bravo has always reserved the right to determine the Housewives after filming. Producers started filming Claudia Jordan and Demetria McKinney with the intent of replacing up to two Housewives — just so happened that Claudia was interesting enough to get Porsha’s peach while Demetria didn’t get one.

I am disappointed that Sheree isn’t going to be featured in season 7, as had been rumored in the spring.
