According to Billboard, Keri Hilson’s serially delayed debut ‘In A Perfect World’ has been…you guessed it…pushed back – again! Originally re-scheduled to drop on December 9th (after several set dates), the album is now listed with an ‘early 2009’ release date. {Source}This is really becoming the Nicole Scherzinger, Mya etc case of 2008. Unlike the aforementioned though, this is particularly sad as Keri’s album, by all indications, looks to be one of the year’s best IMO. This really doesn’t bode well for her chances of actually shifting any units, as most of the tracks are “available”. Still, I won’t count Keri out and I’m wish her the best – she’s gonna need it!

this is really sad. keri is talented and energy was one of the hottest songs this year. its sad that people like Beyonce and Rihanna get all of this attention just because they cater to the young high school kids and Keri is not just lookin for the next “hit” so 3 albums from now she can show her “real self” and show who she really is. she has been showin who she really is since day 1

No doubt shes very talented but i’ve been disappointed with every Keri song thats leaked.
They are all just so average. I was really expecting her to come out with something groundbreaking and unfortuantly she just decided to play safe which is why i wont be supporting her. Its such a shame because i really expected amazing things. I think Timbo and Pollow let her down with the production of the album.
Keri is a THE NEW QUEEN OF FLOP. She stay trying though…Who does she think she is Kelly Rowland? the moment i heard Energy (well the first 30 seconds atmost) i thought What the hell is this? flop & pass.
