Images & Visuals aside, “Lemonade” was a completely basic & pedestrian album, sonically. The theme was poignant & powerful, but the songs themselves left much to be desired.
Her self titled album is the last glimpse I saw of her potential.

Beyonce no longer tries. She delivers the same leotard, blonde tresses, booty pop choreography, bad b*tch, im so rich, wannabe hood antics YEAR AFTER YEAR, TOUR AFTER TOUR. I would love to see her reinvent herself with material that stands the rest of time. Beyonce spoon feeds her fans the same recycled sound & that is why the industry no longer praises the work with top category award wins. She desperately needs to promote her material again with talk show performances, real sit down interviews & other tv spots that will humanize her brand the ways in which some other leading female stars of present day have managed to do.
I am sick to death of seeing her limit herself in glittery one piece balet ensembles & lyrics about money, wealth & being better than those who worship her position in the world.
Beyonce’s Music has not grown since the 2011/2013 releases of “4” & “Beyonce”.
And for the love of God, she really needs to market herself separate from her husband!
He needs her to maintain relevancy.

First of all, all her eras are different! You can tell Sasha fierce to 4 to lemonade to bday! They’re all SO different and please don’t talk about Janet and reinvention when all she delivers is the same bowling pin formation lip synced choreography every single time!!!

@Lewis Janet Jackson is literally the poster for popstars and reinvention. Duh. Her eras, looks, styles and themes, choreography of her albums all stand apart from eachother. And she helped pioneer that lane and be one of Beyoncé’s biggest idols

This is my last chance with beyonce. She’s has given me basic vocals and talk singing since 2013…. we have not had a vocally stellar album since 4 which was released in 2011. Lemonade is the most boring album on the planet and although I liked “Beyonce”, like lemonade I only truly liked it cause of the videos- she was NOT SANGIN on either album. I am a long standing, core beyonce fan since 1997 and I have vocal expectations for beyonce that she has not delivered in almost ten years. I’m over her

She has been singing on the last records: pretty hurts, jealous,xo,superpower,heaven,blue,pray you catch me,daddy lessons,love drought, sandcastles,freedom,summer, etc. Maybe you are focusing on trap and hip hop but she always sings on all her albums.
Those songs are all vocally good but not stellar. If you played those songs you wouldn’t know she could BLOW you would just think “oh ok she has a nice voice”. SANGING songs would be: love on top, sugar mama, I care, be with you, speechless, greenlight, listen and majority of the songs on all of her albums up to 4 were vocally driven. After that she stopped giving big vocal moments

BEYONCE FOREVER!!! I love how people sit back and say Beyoncé is not relevant when everyone is trying to obtain what she brings to the table. You don’t have all these sold out shows without putting out great music and outstanding performances. Beyoncé never tries to give you mediocre in any form. Lemonade displayed so much content with conception, lyric, and visuals. She should have won album of the year. Her music has grown and it is a huge part of pop culture. And for all of you who say otherwise…..listen to all of Adele’s music….now that’s the same sound on every album. I am excited for the next venture of Beyoncé because I know she will astound! I see why there can only be one Queen.
