“You know who you are without me. I need to know who I am without you”
Angela Bassett teams with Felicity Huffman and Patricia Arquette for new Netflix movie ‘Otherhood.’
Brought to screens by the teams behind the ‘Sex In The City’ movie and ‘Bad Moms,’ the film follows a group of friends who all feel a disconnect from their adult sons.
Looking to remedy the matter, they journey to New York City in a bid to reconnect. Yet, in the process, they one-by-one realize that it’s actually they who are in need of rediscovery of self. Which in turn requires that they redefine their relationships with their offspring, partners, each other, and themselves.
The comedy lands on the streaming service (and select theaters on August 2nd). Before then, check out the first look trailer below…
Um okay.
Soooo, Felicity Huffman still gets to act after ADMITTING to lying & committing fraud to get her child into an ivy league school, while Jussie Smollett is condemned & dragged through the mud over unproven ALLEGATIONS & a Chicago PD smear campaign to cover up their own corruption. White Privilege rears its ugly hypocritical head yet again.
