Jennifer Hudson might be able to hit high notes with her voice but Chris Brown’s dance moves may help him to go even higher. As the chart rumble intensifies, Brown is set to outsell his belting counterpart on the Billboard 200 next week.
‘F.A.M.E’ (Brown’s 4th studio album) is projected to sell 250-275k copies next week, putting it on track to claim the #1 spot on the Billboard lineup. These figures will give him the honor of having the 2nd highest 1st-week sales of 2011 to date behind only Adele’s ’21’ which opened with 351k earlier this year.
Hudson’s ‘I Remember Me’ is in line to claim the #2 spot with an impressive 150-175k copies sold. However, these numbers represent a significant decline from the 217k units that the ‘Where You At’ singer sold when her self-titled debut album which entered the chart with 217k in 2008.
Still, these numbers are subject to change. With an entire week of shopping ahead, anything can happen!

this is how i know who all the young ones are. this is a prediction. their albums have only been out for 1 day. it takes a week. c’mon sons. they said the same things about nicki minaj’s record only suppose to sell 100-150k first week but that was not the case as is for many artists. they both are great and i got both cd’s but we have a few more days before they say who got what. that is why it is called 1st WEEK sales. just go support em. i personally like chris’ better because it is more diverse and of course they are two different kinds of artists which is why i got jen. sometimes you feel like dancing and sometimes you don’t.

As for Jennifer Hudson, she is in my top ten if favorite music artists ever, I hope that she end up on top. She has a powerful voice, inspiring story and strong faith. She deserves to be on top- I can not stop listening to her new album, laong with her debut album from 2008, I have loved her since Idol. This new album has so much depth in it, you can hear the faith, pain, sorrow, inner peace, strength in her voice, yet alone, her lyrics. I rate her 5 stars. Whoever is on top, they both deserve it.
