Did You Miss It? After Falling Out with Megan Thee Stallion Over Tory Lanez, DaBaby Says He’s Now “Manifesting” A New Song with Her

Although DaBaby-assisted hits ‘Cry Baby‘ and ‘Cash Sh*t‘ are two fan favorites from Megan Thee Stallion‘s prized discography, the chart-topping rappers are far from fans of each other.

At least, that seemingly was the case until recently.

As reported in 2021, the two had a highly publicized fallout following Stallion’s accusation that fellow emcee Tory Lanez shot her in the foot – allegations DaBaby (born Jonathan Kirk) seemingly did not support as he was friends with the Canadian rapper as well.

Lanez is currently serving jail time for his connection to the crime.

To add insult to injury, Kirk later alleged he had sexual relations with Meg the night before the incident.

Fast forward to 2024, Jonathan was a guest on the latest episode of ‘Drink Champs‘ podcast.  There, he sings a different tune about Stallion.

“I got love for Meg,”he shared. “Me and Meg did some dope sh*t together. And it’s good to see her rise amongst the obstacles. I’m manifesting a song with Glo and Meg together and Baby. I think that’s the way me and Meg should pop back out. Because I feel like ain’t none of these n****s — and no disrespect — that y’all are making music with can really embody that.”

Doubling down on the request, DaBaby reiterated his respect for the 3x GRAMMY-winning rapstress and all female rappers.

“Come home, baby,” he said. “You ain’t gotta be making all that l*me sh*t with none of these other n****s. We can come get it in. Or, you know, we can not… Shout out to Meg and any other female out here doing their thing. I don’t got nothing bad to say about no Black woman doing their muthaf*ckin thing man. I ain’t tripping, it’s hard enough out here.”

At the time of this report Megan has not responded to Kirk’s call for a reunion.
