According to legal filings obtained by TMZ, Sidora claims her estranged husband has fallen significantly behind on mortgage payments despite a court order requiring him to keep up with them.
She alleges the missed payments, said to total over $25,000, were deliberate and is asking the court to hold him in contempt, even requesting financial penalties. However, Pittman is pushing back hard, denying the accusations entirely and insisting the home is not at risk.
The situation is further complicated by a judge’s ruling ordering Sidora to vacate the property by the end of the month, a request she unsuccessfully tried to overturn.
With the former couple locked in a bitter divorce battle since 2023, tensions seem far from cooling.
