This, being the UK smash hit that was ‘I Will Never Let You Down.’

Whether brought on by motherhood, money, or Minaj, something has Lil Kim is motivated.

beyonce-vma-2014-1

The 2014 MTV Video Music Awards received a major boost yesterday when it was announced that Beyonce would be receiving the night’s top honor – the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award – and performing.

For many, confirmation of the latter is most exciting due to King B’s position as one of modern music’s most prolific performers.

What’s more, given the scant promotion for her surprise album, the news brings with it the titillating reality a major televised showcase from the star is just two weeks away (August 24th). Indeed, if the showing from Justin Timberlake (who received the honor last year) is anything to go by, Bey could very well be prepping a 15-minute-plus blockbuster.

So, naturally, it begs the question: what should she perform?

For an artist of her caliber (who is still commercially on-top), there are so many considerations. Should it be a career retrospective? Or should she focus squarely on her self-titled set? Should there be guests or a strictly solo affair?

That Grape Juice have compiled our picks. Check ’em out below and let us know yours too. You never know who may be watching…
