Beyonce is coming to Netflix officially.

After launching a mysterious campaign yesterday, the streaming giant has formally announced ‘Homecoming: A Film By Beyonce.’

The production is billed as an intimate, in-depth look at the superstar’s celebrated Coachella 2018 performance – which many affectionately re-christened BeyChella.

It’ll give unparalleled insights into the emotional road from creative concept to cultural movement. Also spotlighted with be Queen Bey’s journey back to the the spotlight after postponing her initial slot due to being pregnant with twins Rumi and Sir.

Ahead of the April 12th release of his new album, ‘Ventura,’ critically acclaimed singer-songwriter Anderson.Paak is giving fans yet another listen at some of its highly anticipated content courtesy of the project’s latest single, ‘Make It Better.’

The follow-up to the well-received, ‘King James,’ ‘Better’ – an Alchemist and Fredwreck-produced track – sees the 33-year-old team with Motown legend Smokey Robinson for a sultry R&B music affair now brought to life via an Andy Hines-directed music video.

BET’s enjoying a wave of success with its new television programming, namely new series ‘American Soul’ and ‘Boomerang.’

While the former is a blast from the past in the form of loosely biographical look at the creation and heyday of legendary TV show ‘Soul Train’ and its host Don Cornelius, the latter is a modern-day twist on the iconic 1992 Eddie Murphy film of the same name.  As both have led the network to favorable viewership figures with their respective inaugural runs, reports have it they’ve been renewed for second seasons.

Dionne Warwick‘s first new album in five years, aptly titled ‘She’s Back,’ is slated for release on May 10th.

Ahead of the set’s debut, courtesy of Kind Music/Entertainment One, the legendary diva’s unveiled the project’s second single – ‘Am I Dreaming’ featuring R&B veteran Musiq Soulchild.  A soulful remake of the 1980 Atlantic Starr classic, the tune joins a list of gems set to line ‘She’s Back’s track list including its first single (‘What The World Needs Now Is Love’), a Kenny Lattimore duet (‘What Color Is Love’), and a surprising feature from Bone Thugs & Harmony’s Krayzie Bone (‘Déjà Vu’) .

Kodak Black was well on his way to a black eye thanks to insensitive comments he made to actress Lauren London in the wake of mourning the loss of her longtime partner Nipsey Hussle.

The rapper (born Dieuson Octave) said he would give Lauren a year to grieve, but he was happy that she’s now “single” and a “widow” so he could “shoot his shot.”  Needless to say, the remarks sparked outrage from Hussle’s fans and supporters – including fellow celebrities The Game, T.I., R&B singer Tank, and more.

Celine Dion is wasting no time hitting the promo circuit in support of her freshly announced ‘Courage Tour.

The diva’s latest stop was Jimmy Kimmel Live, which broadcast from Las Vegas this week; an apt location given the star’s 16-year run on the Strip with two back-to-back mega-selling residencies.

This go round, though, she’s taking the show on the road and couldn’t be more excited.

Speaking with Kimmel, she explained that the trek will be her first US jaunt in over decade and will last a year – seemingly confirming that it will be going international.

She also revealed that the tour and her forthcoming album share the same name, which is lifted from a track on the hotly anticipated LP.

After scoring critical high notes with its biopics on Miki Howard and Bobbi Kristina respectively, TV One is taking another swing at the bat – this time in partnership with Swirl Films via the highly anticipated ‘Bobby DeBarge Story.’

Exploring the tumultuous life of the eldest sibling of the R&B super group, DeBarge, Bobby – also the former lead singer of 70’s R&B band Switch – will see his life story retold with highlights displaying the singer’s rise to the dizzying heights of fame before experiencing the perils of a publicized fall from grace.
