Miley Cyrus has long made clear that a traditional tour is not in her plans. However, the superstar may have found a way to return to the stage without surrendering the life she has built away from it: make the audience come to her.

Speaking on Apple Music’s ‘The Zane Lowe Show’ in support of her newly released album ‘Bass Persuades,’ Cyrus revealed that her forthcoming Hollywood Bowl concerts are effectively a trial run for a possible residency.

Barely a year separates fans of Miley Cyrus (affectionately called #Smilerz) from her last studio effort – the ill-received, May 2025-released ‘Something Beautiful‘ – but the Pop diva is already leaving that commercial nonperformer in her rearview and unloading its follow-up: ‘Bass Persuades.’

Announced September 1, the 10-track project was kicked off by the scorching music video release of its title track as lead single on September 4.

Just days after the Kid Harpoon-produced banger made a handsome debut on the Billboard Hot 100, Miley is already following with the unveiling of its parent project on Friday (September 18).

“Music takes hold of us,” she wrote about the LP’s meaning. “We feel it, sing it, sometimes dance to it, let it out and carry on. It is powerful, vulnerable, sweet and strong. Heart full, heartache, every part of life in between. That’s what the title means to me.”

To sweeten the pot, Miley’s also lifted the lid on the official music video for the era’s second single ‘Let’s Get Married.’

With new song ‘Company,’ singer-actress Chloe Bailey serves yet another reminder that she is among her generation’s most versatile acts.

Not long after turning heads with her collaborative ‘Resurrection‘ mixtape with Timbaland, the 5-time GRAMMY nominee is joining forces with another set of hitmakers – this time tapping British electronic trio Clean Bandit and Nigerian Afrobeats star Omah Lay for a delicious fusion of global sounds.

“I don’t need no jewels or treasures / Only need your ETA (Oh, oh) / You know how to ease the pressure / When I’m, when I’m, when I’m feeling like this / When I’m feeling this way / Baby, keep me company,” sings Bailey over a Jack Patterson-produced chorus.

Clean Bandit serves double duty as performer and director of the choreography laden music video that accompanies the song.

Ahead of the October 9 release of his highly anticipated fourth studio album ‘She’s the Best,’ the Australian music sensation is throwing it back in more ways than one in the music video for the project’s second single ‘Party.’

In one throwback sense he’s buoyed the song with a prominent sample of Queen of Pop Madonna‘s 2000 chart-topping smash ‘Music,’ while in another sense he’s thrown all the way back to the Medieval period for the tune’s accompanying visual.

“Party in the park, party in the bush / Party under the bridge, party at the restaurant / Party at the club, party in the day, party in my house / Party on the way to the party at the park,” he sings over pulsating EDM-inspired instrumentation.
