Ciara is wasting approximately no time piecing together her sixth studio album.

Last month saw the new mother clock in studio time with hitmaker Dr Luke and it appears September sees her continue the trend of working with music’s biggest names. Case in point the snap above.

Super Ci shared a snap of herself in the lab with legendary songwriter Diane Warren. The caption attached read:

Tracy Chapman‘s ‘Fast Car’ found a friend in the soulful Pop sensation that is Sam Smith yesterday, who performed the song at BBC Radio 1’s ‘Live Lounge’!

Doing so for host Fearne Cotton, his performance came as part of ‘Even More Music Month’, a scheme launched by the BBC to celebrate live music for 30 consecutive days at their aforementioned ‘Lounge.’

Grammy-winning ‘The Way’ singer Jill Scott learned the hard way today how social media fires spread as rumored nude photos of her swept the net. Two images of the songstress surfaced of her standing topless posing in the mirror.

Pitting her fans in position to defend her from the number of meme recreations and Twitter jokes, Scott finally took to her own handle to douse the fire by slamming reports that the photos were actually her.

Funnyman Nick Cannon was certainly not in a laughing mood earlier today as he went on a Twitter rant slamming critics of the status of his marriage to pop icon Mariah Carey.

With rampant reports that the duo are well on their way to divorce court, Cannon took to social media to clear up rumors that the “battle” between them has turned nasty.  While his rant never conclusively confirmed or denied the rumors, he certainly set the record straight.
