‘Wildest Dream’ singer Brandy has apologised to media mogul Oprah Winfrey for lying to her during an interview taped in 2002.

Shot after the singer announced she was expecting a child with then boyfriend Robert Smith, Norwood’s interview with Oprah brought with it claims that she had secretly wed Smith before she was pregnant, something Brandy now admits was a lie.

Now watch the performer reveal why she felt having a child out of wedlock would ruin her image, and scare away supporters who saw as the wholesome alternative to R&B’s more provocative stars, below…

Charlize Theron is to reprise her role as Ravenna in Universal’s ‘The Huntsman’ this year, the prequel to the Kristen Stewart-led ‘Snow White and the Huntsman.’

Following the villainess’ story before her meeting with step-daughter White, the movie saw its release date announced today, revealed after its predecessor pulled in $396,592,829 at the Box Office!

Sam Smith continues his quest for world domination with the release of new single ‘I’m Not The Only One’ – the video for which debuted moments ago.

The haunting number is the latest to be lifted from the Brit-bred crooner’s mega-selling debut ‘In The Lonely Hour’, which spawned the global smash ‘Stay With Me’.

Renown for her hard-edge, Keyshia Cole takes a turn down racy lane with new single ‘She’ and its accompanying video.

The track, which the singer says centres on “self-loving”, is the latest to be lifted from her sixth studio album ‘Point Of No Return’. Due later this year, the set will boast a visual for every song.

And having already rolled out the videos for ‘Rick James’ and ‘Next Time (I Won’t Give My Heart Away)’ it’s the clip for ‘She’ that is next up.

Chart-topping trio Jessie J, Nicki Minaj, and Ariana Grande are wasting no time capitalising on the buzz from their new single ‘Bang Bang’. For, the ladies began shooting the video for the explosive song yesterday in Los Angeles. Peep their cheeky selfie from the set above.

Directed by Hannah Lux Davis, the clip is set to debut later this month and will no doubt give the track an added boost on the charts.

Adrienne Bailon hit headlines this week when she opened up to Latina magazine about her ill-fated relationship with reality star Rob Kardashian and how the latter’s surname and show impacted her career negatively.

The story then took on a life of its own when Kim Kardashian and her siblings sprung to the defence of their brother. Indeed, each laid into ‘The Real’ host – overtly implying that she’s only newsworthy because of her association with them. Rob would go on to retweet each comment.

Naturally, given that that there has yet to emerge a Kardashian will any actual talent, many rose to Bailon’s aid – taking the infamous clan to task on social media.

It’s Bailon, though, who defended herself best. Via Instagram, she clapped back with class.

Katy Perry‘s ‘Prism’ grows a fresh pair of promotional legs this morning, doing so with the release of its latest music video for the single ‘This is How We Do.’

Unveiled after the star watched her single ‘Dark Horse’ top the ‘Billboard Hot 100′ earlier this year, ‘Do’ sets it sights on the chart after peaking at #84 on the Canadian Hot 100, and as the singer’s reported feud with rival Lady GaGa heated up following comments made by the star here!

‘Where’s Your Love?’ singer Rita Ora has named Jay Z as one of the many collaborators on her forthcoming US debut album today, months before its release.

Originally set for a September 2014 release internationally, the project was the topic of discussion during Ora’s recent interview with German magazine ‘Bravo’, where she revealed:

There are people on it who I would never even have dreamed of: Jay Z and Prince for example.

Her announcement comes seven years after the rapper first collaborated with Pop princess Rihanna on her #1 single ‘Umbrella’, and six years after he was introduced to Rita, whom he signed to his ‘Roc Nation’ management company/label, also home to Melanie Fiona and ‘Acceptable in the 80s’ producer Calvin Harris.
