‘Where You At?’ would be an appropriate question to ask Chicagoan songbird Jennifer Hudson this week given the demands of her whirlwind book tour.  Getting nothing but love from fans for her recently released memoir ‘I Got This’, this week has seen Hudson hitting up hotspots in Atlanta, New York, and Los Angeles before finding herself dropping by Burbank studios to chat with late night king Jay Leno Friday night.

The visit comes shortly after the Grammy winner reportedly lent some ‘mommy advice’ to former ‘Dreamgirls’ co-star Beyonce.  As JHud recently revealed she was hoping to soon add a little girl to her growing family (joining 2-year-old son David Otunga, Jr.), she also took to US Weekly to share a few words for new-mommy Bey.

R&B royal Mary J. Blige lived up to her regal billing as she arrived at the Golden Globe Awards 2012 in Los Angeles a few moments ago.

The singer, who turned 41 this week, shone on the red carpet – notably one of the only artists to make an appearance at the high-profile event.

By no means a coincidence, her presence at the show coincides with her continued foray into the world of acting. Peep, the Queen of Hip-Hop/Soul talk to That Grape Juice about her latest movie ‘Rock of Ages’ below…

When news broke of Kelly Rowland being chosen to tribute Mariah Carey at last night’s BET Honors, fans and critics alike had plenty to say.

However, amidst the expected debate, there’s one person who Rowland’s performance was of particular importance to – Mariah herself.

The songbird hand-picked the ‘Motivation’ singer to perform her 1995 classic ‘Fantasy’. And while the masses will have to wait until February 13th to see how the Destiny’s Child alum fared, 41 year old Mimi has given her two cents on how Ms. Kelly held up.

Tuck in these shots of Roc Nation star Rihanna sporting a considerably ‘toned down’ look in LAX airport recently.

Escorted through the airport by a bodyguard and joined by full time shadow Melissa, the Pop sensation’s sighting arrives just days as she picked up the award for ‘Favorite R&B Female’ at the 2012 People’s Choice Awards.

It also comes shortly  before the video for the Jay Z assisted ‘Talk That Talk’ is set to make its debut.

Before Pink the lit up the Pop-Rock arena, Ms. Alicia Moore served as one of R&B’s most promising talents.

From The Vault this week journey’s back to the star’s second ever single, ‘Most Girls’.

Penned by the one and only Babyface, ”Girls’ was the most successful single to be lifted from Pink’s 2000 stellar debut, ‘Can’t Take Me Home’, peaking at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100, #5 on the UK Official Singles Chart and reaching the top of the Australian ARIA Charts.

The cut’s accompanying visual was an MTV-favorite, cementing her “no-nonsense” character and showcasing her oft-underrated ability as a choreographed performer. Edgy, gutsy, and unapologetic, the video embodies all that we’ve come to love of this (still) soulful songstress.

And, although chances are slim to none, how exciting would it be to see Pink dabble in R&B again – even if for one song only? The raspy nature of her voice lends itself so well to such style; making it such a shame she abandoned it altogether. Still, whatever the genre, the unique package she presents both vocally and image-wise, make her one of popular music’s most compelling artists.

Bring on album #6!

Diva. A word, much like ‘flop’, ‘epic’, and ‘underrated’, that has, in years of late, seen itself overused and overextended to any chick who ever owned an ounce of relevancy. But, before it was a household term, there were a select few who denoted ‘diva’ effortlessly, helping to turn the term into the epitome of estrogenic swag that it is today. And while every genre has its set of leading ladies, there are some whose range defied limits – unable to be captured by any musical mode. In such, they captured the hearts of legions of fans and earned the title ‘diva’ by merit and not self-christening.

The divine 9 (plus 1…) – Aretha, Celine, Diana, Janet, Madonna, Mariah, Patti, Tina, and Whitney need no introduction. By mention of mononym alone, these musical monarchs inspire applause. So, in one of our most epic showdowns yet, we turn to you – That Grape Juice faithful – to tell us who dominates the diva domain?

In areas of performance, fashion, and overall influence, cast your vote for the ultimate as the Pop elite faceoff after the jump. They paved the way and set the bar for the likes of Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and more to glide their heels across, but they’re still the few your faves are still trying to be…

The arrival of Beyonce and Jay-Z‘s bundle of joy, Blue Ivy, has dominated headlines since the singer gave birth exactly a week ago.

However, along with the hoopla that comes with celebrity baby births, has been much debate about just what the ‘Single Ladies’ singer should do next.

Naturally, the assumption is that a career hiatus is imminent. Yet, the 30 year old boasts a work-ethic like no other – making an “elongated break” unlikely. What’s more, her last album ‘4’ has – for all its Platinum selling success – not performed as well as previous efforts. Ultimately leaving the star with something to prove – commercially.

The last few years  must have been tough for Lil Kim.

From being sentenced to jail for her part in a 2001 shooting to being written off as a Hip Hop has-been following her failed attempt to dethrone reigning Rap czar Nicki Minaj in 2010, it is fair to say that fate- much like a number of her plastic surgeons- has been far too cruel to Miss Kim.

Now, in an effort to extend her lead as being the most bitter woman in show business, the one time beauty has shared her thoughts on ‘Take Care’ maestro Drake during a club appearance in Tampa, Florida.
