R&B vixen Ciara was snapped rocking a much more demure look as she strolled through Los Angeles’ L.A.X Airport last night. The ‘Ride’ singer jetted in to continue rehearsals for her forthcoming summer tour with Taio Cruz.

While many sit ridiculing Ms. Harris, whose career has hit the skids as of late, we see no shame in fighting one’s way back to the top. Is she supposed to sit at home crying? After all, her best arsenal at this point is her performing ability. I say give her a lace front, some wind, a killer backing track, and I’m there. Few can do it like she does, hence she deserves props.

It seems that Beyonce is more eager than ever to make up for the time she lost with fans during her one year hiatus, for  she has treated them to another  festival performance in support of her #1 album ‘4’.

After storming the stage ‘T In The Park’, the ever kinetic performer made her way to Ireland to perform at the ‘Oxegen Festival’ to help push sales further for the album which is currently the highest selling album in the world this week.

As earlier reported, Pop diva Christina Aguilera shot the video for surprise hit ‘Moves Like Jagger’ over the weekend.

The 30 year old teamed up with fellow ‘Voice’ judge Adam Levine and his band Maroon 5 for the track (on which she serves as a guest feature).

‘Telephone’ and ‘Hold It Against Me’ director Jonas Akerlund took helm of the clip, which saw Levine parade shirtless and the legendary Mick Jagger himself appear.

The success of the track, which currently sits at #8 on the Billboard Hot 100, is the latest home-run in Aguilera’s comeback campaign; a campaign undeniably bolstered too by the popularity of the ‘The Voice’ – which is set to return with all judges for another season.

Far removed is the R&B world from the ear splitting fangirl screams at the sight of new millennium boy band, B2K. Now, the mention of the one time heartthrobs induces jokes about member Raz-B‘s boy-who-cried-rape internet antics. The rest of the guys are still releasing music, albeit to no specific hurrah. But there are still a few artist from the old T.U.G. Entertainment roster making legitimate noise on the current music scene. The all girl response to B2K, collective TG4, was ultimately shelved by the label, but produced Amber Streeter, now known as Seven of fledgling female quartet Richgirl. The 24-year-old is a frequent collaborator, and apparent muse of R&B singer Chris Brown (see ‘She Ain’t You’, F.A.M.E, In My Zone series, etc.). 2011 also saw the reappearance of B2K’s resident rhymer Lil’ Fizz’s younger cousin Jhene.

With co-judges Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson already signed on and set for next season’s American Idol, fans and spectators alike eagerly anticipated news on singer/actress Jennifer Lopez‘s redo or departure.

That may be set to change.

Although the ‘If You Had My Love’ singer previously expressed uncertainty in her return, reports have surfaced that Lopez (who was paid $12 million for last season alone) will be making a ‘big announcement’ on the ‘Today Show’ tomorrow morning – possibly confirming her return to the show.  Read more on that story here.

And, while her previously stalled career has been given a new life (on the big screen, radio, and record shelves alike), one has to wonder if Jenny from the block was on the right track by considering giving the show one-go-round.
