If people are tired of Beyonce’s domination of everything under the sun, get used to it…..that chick’s become the only true global superstar performer, singer, dancer that actually does those things pretty well. Don’t get me wrong Beyonce is great at what she does she is a helleva entertainer. But this clothing line is not the business. The ads however there is no denying her beauty photoshopped or not.

You’re right, she doesn’t have competition because I don’t think anyone is on her level at the moment. I think she sort of evolved the typical female R&B artist into more than just a pretty face and a good/great voice like there was in the 80’s and 90’s (Mariah and Whitney) because she has that and more! Not saying she can necessarily out do those two vocally but as a complete artist I think so. And I don’t think someone at the top is only at the top because there is no competition. To be at the top you must have some type of talent, charisma, entertaining ability to attain the fans she has and the extremely successful career she has. In addition, even if you think she has no competition and that’s why she’s on top, I don’t think it’s fair, simply because she can’t create her own competition that’s not her fault, if anything she should destroy competition.

I would say at this point Beyonce has some legitimate competition in the form of Gaga, but they like each other, and instead of staying separate they collaborated and are growing each other musically. Beyonce is at the top specifically because she does stuff like that. She collaborates with hot artists and is dynamic. Remember the collaboration with Shakira? She also sang A WHOLE ALBUM IN SPANISH! She can change her style, music and naturally evolve without changing up HERSELF (like other people, shot out Rihanna-Stans!)

Another reason Beyonce dominates because she is a great entertainer and was lucky enough to have an aggressive/smart/ (some would say dirty) father who is an excellent manager.

I’m not a Beyonce fan (own some Destiny’s Child Albums!) But, the Bish has it together, and she’s bad. I would prefer her to now, take a break before people really get worn out from her….even her loving/adoring fans. Overexposure is a risk, even with someone as tireless as Beyonce.

I agree Lady Gaga is competition mainly because Beyonce is so mainstream now! That’s exactly what I meant by evolving the typical female R&B artist because she [CAN] be compared to a white lady who sings pop/dance music! (No pun-intended to anyone) And I love the fact that they collaborate with each other, it’s a great look for them both.

And she is a phenomenal entertainer that’s another reason why I think people who say she has no competition can’t just blame it on that because of her phenomenal singing, dancing, and entertaining skills as well as phenomenal management!!!!!
