A solid enough effort; yet yours truly can’t shake the dodginess of this premiering the same week as her “tape”. Whether deliberate or coincidence, it’s yet more proof, if ever needed, that bad press can and will be spun into something profitable for all. Oh how we long for the time when talent garnered the most play, as opposed to who can serve up the most wizardry and trickery.

What a coincidence. A s** tape is released, and guess what, we have a song that is so significant “Forgive us for what we have done, We Are Young”. If the timing of this gets negative feed back her publicist will blame the label for poor judgement leaking it, if not, she’ll say she wanted to show to her fans she is not ashamed and will not be put down.

@shanay, Girl…..SMH. You know better than that. We as consumers have to start challenging what we see and hear and choose to support talent not twists and manipulation for personal gain.
Like all the others, this non talent b**** will go far. I like the idea of the song but it’s generic as hell, and the video is standard. As for the singing, her voice is forced, strained and prosessed beyond belief ! She also cant dance, those 90s House & Garage moves just wont do. She really is Cheryl Cole pt2.

She s*** to me… Her voice isn’t half as bad as the comments made it seem either.
The song is called ‘Young’ not ‘We Are Young’ and it was shot in Miami not LA.
She’s a very pretty girl, but THIS? no.
The video was dumb. I don’t know why everyone’s commenting on her voice though. I thought it had a nice grit and tone to it. Maybe not much suited for dance, but I still liked it.

sounds like electrified mediocre auto tuned bubble gum. reminds me of britney’s ’til the world ends’. her dance moves were weak and tired.
