Where does one begin? With its busy production, melodic composition, and strikingly similar hook (“Ju-das GaGa”), the RedOne produced cut no doubt is a close cousin of ‘Bad Romance’. Whether it is as good as the aforementioned is questionable – particularly as it adheres a bit too much to the script established by the 2009 chart-topper. And as the age-old adage goes: “sequels are never top the original”
What is a certainty however, is that ‘Judas’ is a winner. Indeed, for all the success of its predecessor (‘Born This Way’), many were left disappointed by the sub-par nature of the track. Yet, where that may have been the starter, this is most definitely the main course. Solid production, catchy hooks, and an undeniable essence of the GaGa we know and love. A hit. One which has reignited my interest in her ‘Born This Way’ LP (due next month).

Australian Tickets For Chris Brown Show Selling Poorly

No Aussie love for Brown…
Ticket sales for a Chris Brown concert in Perth, Australia are selling poorly, and promoters are taking drastic measure to make sure they sell more.
A three-for-one sale is being offered for the show at the Burswood Dome on May 3.
Brown will be joined by Jess Mauboy, Justice Crew and DJ Havana Brown.
Promoter Daniel Pritchard says that the sales are low because of the fact other urban artists like Usher and Rihanna have performed there recently. He says there is “no chance” that the concert will move to a smaller venue. He claims that it is not because of Brown’s recent Good Morning America incident, saying sales actually tripled after that.

Gaga, why you always have to disappoint? This was really bad… Nothing epic about it all. First “Born This Way” and now this mess. She’s gotta step up her game. Anyone else see the ironic thing? Britney Spears’ “Femme Fatale” was actually really good and most of the songs were on point! I would say “Femme Fatale” and “The Fame” are similar in the sense of how good albums they were.
However, despite “Femme Fatale” being such a good album, Britney seems to have lost most of her fanbase. Lady Gaga, on the other hand, releases this mess, and still sells like hotcakes! I think her hype will be over soon though. She can’t keep releasing disappointing material time after time… If “Born This Way” era doesn’t offer anything more epic than this, then I’m done. I LOVED “Bad Romance” – seriously, such a good song and video! In fact, the whole “The Fame” and “The Fame Monster” was done in such a good way. The artwork, the songs, the sound…. Everything Gaga does lately is so boring and predictable. I really hope the new album can offer some growth, not just this recycled mess. The screaming was just annoying, couldn’t hear the lyrics clearly, and the whole dance-sound was too……. awful.
Waiting for Beyonce and Rihanna’s new material. Apparently, Rihanna has been in the studio. I think we might get that re-release of “Loud” sooner than expected.
However, I’m looking forward to see who gets out of 2011 with most success. Rihanna has amazed a lot, Britney has disappointed, Lady Gaga has… yeah, the two first singles are just annoying and sound just like other songs, and Beyonce is on fire.
