The R&B singer breakouts her dancing boots in the video for the album’s latest single ‘I Got It (ft. Rick Ross)’. Set to debut eminently, the clip has been previewed in teaser form.
With the LP’s previous releases charting approximately nowhere, can ‘I Got It’ reverse the project’s almost inevitable fortunes? The first spec of an answer awaits below…

How can somebody just give up on their career. That is a loser mentality. It bothers me that people are quick to tell people to hang it up. No, in reality when things are not going right, that just means its time to push harder and step it up.

I will admit, even though the delay has been the unfortunate spotlight for Ashanti’s new music, I think there is potential for her to release a solid album. It’s been a bumpy road, but there is potential.

I already liked this song from the beginning but it is dissappointing that she isn’t pushing this jam to radio before video release. Also, if she is going to come back hard like this than she better have a great supported follow up single.
