New Video: Cynthia Erivo – ‘Stand Up’ [‘Harriet’ Anthem]

‘Harriet’ is proving a success at the box office and now looks poised for musical acclaim  too.

Lead Cynthia Erivo takes vocal flight on anthem ‘Stand Up,’ the video for which premiered moments ago.

Word is that the track may well be in contention for the Best Original Song award at the 2020 Oscars.

    Such talent. I love when it’s all about the song and Message and not a big budget visual. Needs deserves a best actress nomination and this song deserves a best original song.

      There’s a great possibility she might undeservingly win. A lot off people thinks she’s a know racist, she’s publicly posted racist tweets (and blamed them on her friend), and white people absolutely love her like she’s a God! The fact that American black actresses turned down this role yet she took this role even after down talking ADOS family members, she’s pretty much already won.
