Documents obtained by TMZ reveal that prosecutors are gearing up to punish Kelly and his enablers for doing so.

Smith says they got a marriage license, which listed her age as 18, and they did indeed get married. It’s been widely reported the wedding took place on Aug. 31.
According to prosecutors, that fake ID purchase constitutes bribery, and that allegation’s been added to the racketeering charge against him in the Eastern District of New York.
Put simply, a public official was paid to create a false ID for the 15-year-old girl so that Kelly could say that she was 18 years old on their marriage license.

Its a shame that Aaliyah isnt here to speak her own truth….it makes me even more upset that her music isnt on streaming, so all we we have is the first album (which he produced) and thats it. Her legacy deserves better.
