Alicia Keys has touched down in the UK for promotion of new single ‘Underdog’ and upcoming album ‘ALICIA’ (due March 20th)
Kicking off a packed week of activity, the 15-time GRAMMY winner (who also hosted this year’s ceremony) stopped by BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge.
There, backed by a full band, she delivered a spirited rendition of the track.

Echoing earlier sentiments, ‘Underdog’ is easily one of the strongest (and most universal) efforts from Alicia since ‘In Common.’ So here’s hoping it receives the commercial shine it deserves. Or, at the very least, helps its parent album achieve the same.
She sounds strained.
