April 21 marked the fourth anniversary of Prince‘s passing.
To commemorate the occasion, the Recording Academy assembled Beck, Common, H.E.R., Usher, John Legend, Chris Martin, Miguel, Sheila E., and more of some of music’s biggest movers and shakers to salute the Pop icon via a TV special – ‘Let’s Go Crazy: The Grammy Salute To Prince.’
The Maya Rudolph-hosted extravaganza may have been filmed in late January, but it aired Tuesday night on CBS (April 21). See highlights inside:

CBS’ Let’s Go Crazy: The Grammy Salute to Prince scored a 1.0 in the 18-49 demographic — best of the night on the broadcast networks — and about 6.5 million viewers.
I go to plenty of concerts, but I feel like I’m always bored watching these live music programs and awards shows. Miguel, Sheila E. and Gary Clark were the best I think.

I love Prince he’s amazing he’s awesome I’ve been following him since I was able to listen to him if Apollonia was there she should have sang her part in take me with you but she did not. Sheila E is been in his musical career performing with him for as long as I can remember. The thing is Myte has nothing to say about this and she was married to him And lost his only child he would have ever had broke my heart and his former wife has nothing to say. A lot of people in Prince’s entourage during his success and rise to fame had inclusive stories about his egotistical behavior. Shelia E. for instant had back and forth confrontations with Vanity (Denise Matthews) the Love of his life, which he would never admit because of the intensive passion of their relationship. Appolonia and his last relationship, forgot her name were Vanity look a likes, he never got over her. Appolonia lied about she never had a relationship with Prince which caused the animosity between her and Shelia E. because Shelia was once engaged to the Pop Star. Now here’s the icing on the cake, Appolonia felt she should of had the spot light to host the tribute because of the Movie (Purple Rain) Both of you need to get over it, Appolonia was a replacement, Shelia never made it to the Altar, Vanity is and was the key player to all the disputes between the both of you.
