Ahead of her cameo in the upcoming season of hit show ‘Drop Dead Diva‘, Pop veteran Brandy sat down with Access Hollywood for a sit down interview just hours ago.
Discussing everything from her upcoming album to her time on ‘Dancing With The Stars‘ , the entertainer also unveiled how she plans to reinvent herself in the near future.

I think that Brandy will do well. But it almost feels like this new era has already been dragged out. It just feels exhausting.
Brandy doesn’t have to worry about any of you haters!!!! She shitted on Drop Dead Diva and the creator has been recieving so many emails and tweets about GHANDY that you can almost guarantee that she will continue to appear next season after she finishes out this season. I know people are mad at the success and the EASE at which she can come back to TV and slay after such a long break.
The music will slay LIVES. She has the greats dying to work with her and many already have. She’s worked with Jazmine Sullivan for sure. I can’t with the MATTED wigs on this post.
The only thing I can agree with is that this era is dragging. It feels like the same thing is happening that happened after Dancing With The Stars. She is doing a lot of interviews but there is nothing NEW to talk about until she drops a single! At least a BUZZ single! At this point leaked tracks are her friend. It will COMPLEMENT her tv appearances.
I’m really not worried because I’m buying this album like a bought her last five. This girl is so underrated, it’s ridiculous.

Brandy is one of the few artist that releases a new album and it sounds completely different than the one before and that’s the definition of an artist. From her debut to ‘Human’, though experimental, Brandy stays consistent in delivering good albums and I know the new album will not disappoint. I’m rooting for you Bran Bran!

I can’t wait for Brandy to finally hit it on the nail and give us the truly remarkable music we all know she’s capable of creating. Brandy is a talented, unique artist that still have so much more to give on her musical journey. It’s been a while since we’ve had a handful of real gifted artist out representing Pop/soul and Innovative R&B. It’s time for Brandy’s return, it’s been long overdue. She’s influenced so many (from Chris Brown to Ciara) and it’s now time for her mark her territory and spell it out for everyone that have forgotten how special artist like her and Aaliyah were to the industry. I want to see those artist again that have a true love and respect for music get the comeback they deserve! It’s sad to see most people out now jumping on every trend and sounding like all of their peers these days. Brandy always sound refreshing and I pray this one is big for her.

Brandy is one of the few people we have left who can speak of a LIFETIME of solo work without sellin out, stealing/being “inspired”, f***** for tracks, etc. Brandy has grown up into such a mature, relatable woman. Back in the day she used to be sterile and rehearsed like some of those who shall remain nameless…I like her better now. Eventhough Human wasn’t her best album I liked it and she’s shown that she is just that.

B’Rocka is going to bring back heavy hitting R&B music before everyone started following the pop trend. She came from such humble beginnings. She’s one of those artist who you can hear her heart and influences no matter what she sings. There’s something about a Dark Child and Brandy track, timeless. They had a branded sound, and now it’s duplicated. Her best music is when she and Dark Child do signature things.
