The ‘About Damn Time’ chart-topper unveiled her striking costume – one which sees the body positivity advocate transform into weight-loss medication Ozempic.
She also leaned into South Park character Eric Cartman name-checking her in an episode.
Hinting that there is more Halloween antics to come, Lizzo wrote:
“It’s that time of year where I feed y’all so ridiculously and you’re so very welcome baby.”
