Real Housewives of Potomac star Ashley Darby‘s long-gestating split from ex Michael Darby is finally moving forward.

Ashley filed for legal separation from the restaurant entrepreneur in 2022.
However, as viewers of the hit Bravo show would come to see, actually proceeding with the divorce hasn’t been as straightforward.
Indeed, for several seasons of the series, a tangled web of confusion appeared to define the status of the formal proceedings.
That all changed today.
For, Ashley has officially filed for divorce and the terms have already been hashed out.
Michael told TMZ that “an amicable and fair settlement” has been reached.
The couple, who has a prenup, will share custody of their 2 children, sons Dean and Dylan.
