Hip Hop soulstress Mary J. Blige opened Sunday night’s BET Awards with a performance of her classic hits and one unfamiliar tune. Assisted by DJ Khlaed and rapper Jadakiss on stage Mary unveiled ‘It Ain’t Over Til It’s Over’. Since then, the studio version of the track has made it’s way to the internet with an extra contribution by rapper Fabolous.

Love her or loathe her, there is no denying Beyonce‘s work ethic.

Having wrapped a critically acclaimed set at Glastonbury last night (and with a slew of US promotional dates forthcoming), the 29 year celebrated the British release of her ‘4’ tonight with an electrifying show in the capital’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire.

Backed by a full band, the singer performed a bevy of her biggest hits in front of the intimate, yet energised audience of competition winners.

‘4’ arrives in stores everywhere else tomorrow. Note to chart rivals: Wig clue at the ready?
