An exciting report on the multi-faceted performer’s plans after the bounce…
As Migos continue to make their mark, the group’s nucleus Quavo steps forward for his solo close-up.
Moments ago, the rapper unleashed his debut album ‘Quavo Huncho’ and he brought along a host of notable names for the ride.
Clocking in at a generous 19-tracks, the set features Madonna, Cardi B, Drake, Normani, Davido, Kid Cudi, and more.
Already creating buzz, he’s sure to have folk talking with cuts such as ‘Huncho Dreams’ (Nicki Minaj?!) and ‘Champagne Rose’ (with Madge and Cardi).
Take a listen to ‘Quavo Huncho’ below…
Much like her Billboard Awards’ tribute to Prince shortly after his death (click here to read), Queen of Pop Madonna‘s tribute to the late Aretha Franklin wasn’t exactly met with applause as many accused the ‘Material Girl’ of making the moment all about herself.
Reflecting on the early days of her pursuit of stardom, Madge’s lengthy stroll down memory lane appeared to skip a turn or two as it related to the topic at hand: remembering Aretha. Needless to say, the omission didn’t go unnoticed by viewers. See their merciless roasting inside:
Madonna is said to have been inspired by Janet Jackson‘s reported union with Netflix and started talks of her own.
Exciting news below…
For many, Madonna is the definition of musical endurance.
The royal set sail on her quest for Pop over 35-years ago and hasn’t looked back.
Next month sees the queen of queens celebrate her 60th birthday and while some of her ageing counterparts are playing down their age – Madge is embracing hers.
Case in point her stunning new cover spread in the August issue of Vogue Italia.
Lensed in Lisbon by the acclaimed photographers Mert & Marcus, the shoot sees the diva supreme pose it up in a number of striking shots. She’s also joined by adopted daughters Mercy James and twins Estere and Stella.
The feature comes ahead of much-teased new music from her Madgesty.

‘Whatever she does, everyone else follows’ – a comment lent by the Queen Bey herself in reference to the Queen of Pop Madonna.
The two music royals have made no secret of their mutual respect for each other over the years, but it appears the latter may have been a bit too presumptuous with the extent of said respect when she took to Instagram to upload a photoshopped image of Beyonce and Jay Z from their most recent ‘Apeshi*t’ music video.
In the real image the husband-and-wife team are admiring some of the centuries old art exhibits featured in the world famous Parisian museum The Louvre, but in the edited image they are instead admiring Madge’s (legendary) albums. With a caption that read ‘learning from the master,’ her suggestion set off a firestorm of ongoing controversy that has left the ‘Like a Prayer’ performer in need of just that.

As we reported here, Grammy-winning songbird Rihanna shared co-chair honors with Amal Clooney and Donatella Versace at this year’s Met Gala. Embracing the ceremony’s theme of ‘Heavenly Bodies: Fashion & The Catholic Imagination,’ Rih and essentially everybody who is anybody in Hollywood turned up and out at the soiree to show off their best attempts at making the theme come to life.
Having already highlighted the fashions of Katy Perry, Donald Glover, Solange, and more here (click here if you missed them), tuck in below to see jaw-dropping looks from the likes of Nicki Minaj, Mary J. Blige, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Cardi B, and so many more inside:
In many ways Madonna‘s filmography is one of Pop’s most enviable.
Gliding to theatres on the wings of ‘Evita’, ‘Body of Evidence‘, ‘Desperately Seeking Susan‘ and more, the entertainer has enjoyed a cinematic run many of her rivals are yet to match or surpass.
Alas, she is still without an Oscar.
Today, she has revealed that she has put plans in motion to make a change.

Life handed Rihanna a ‘Lemon’ so she made Billboard history.
The Grammy-winning songstress, who managed to make major moves on Billboard charts in 2017 despite the year being one of the least musically active of her storied career, is seeing the trend spill over into 2018 thanks to her assistance on N.E.R.D.‘s comeback tune.
Though greeted with critical acclaim for Rih’s rapping, the song wasn’t exactly making the biggest dent on charts at its onset. But, as the age old adage goes, ‘slow and steady wins the race.’ Easily classified a sleeper hit, the cut already slowly, but surely rising in Billboard rankings weekly. However, that rise was given just the extra boost it needed when ‘Vogue’ magazine tapped tennis star Serena Williams to create a dance video to the tune.
The result? ‘Lemon’ leaped into the top 40 this week! Details inside:
Camila Cabello‘s ‘Havana,’ Rihanna‘s ‘Needed Me,’ Nicki Minaj‘s ‘No Frauds,’ and Katy Perry‘s ‘Swish Swish,’ are just a few of the credits lining the resume of songwriter Starrah…and one of the reasons she’s being branded by some as “the biggest songwriter in the game right now.”
With such an impressive list of hits to her name, it’s no secret she’s being sought out by many – including Queen of Pop Madonna (who’s reportedly hard at work on her 14th studio album). Making the reveal earlier this week, some fans of the legendary songstress were thrilled to learn she’s not only working with Starrah, but also reconnecting with ‘Ghosttown’ producer Billboard. Other fans, well…not so much.
Fielding criticism for “chasing hits” or “making hip hop records,” some of the diva’s followers made no secret of their displeasure of the 59-year-old singer presumably making music that would appeal to younger music buyers.
Never one to mince words, M had enough and took to Instagram to clap back:
Even the most successful careers are plagued by challenges.
This is a reality that Pop empress Madonna is well-acquainted with.
One of her more public setbacks came with the release of her most recent album, 2015’s ‘Rebel Heart.’
The ‘Living For Love’ led set was rocked by a series of catastrophic leaks prior to its arrival – with both demos and full songs hitting the net.
It defied the odds to open at #1 on the pure sales tally in the US, but was the first casualty of the chart’s embrace of streaming and had to settle for a #2 on the final Billboard count after being bested by the SPS figure of the ‘Empire’ soundtrack. To date, it’s only sold 240,000 copies — in total.
Internationally, the project fared even worse.
Now, the 59-year-old is opening about why…
The unearthing of letters sent and received by Madonna in the 90s offer fascinating insight into her life and mind as she faced changes which would ultimately solidify her status as the Queen of Pop.
Today, a letter written by her supposed enemy Prince has surfaced online via an auction site offering a glimpse into the truth behind the pair’s relationship.
