After thrilling fans with their February-released EP, ‘Jubilee,’ award-winning Contemporary Worship collective Maverick City Music gave the set an update in honor of Juneteenth.

Courtesy of a 19-track effort titled ‘Jubilee: Juneteenth Edition,’ the project boasts 11 tracks on Side A and eight tracks on Side B and assembles a jaw-dropping list of guest stars including Ciara, Jonathan McReynolds, Israel Houghton, Jekalyn Carr, and more.

Another day, another legal woe for R&B bad boy Chris Brown.

Despite keeping an uncharacteristically low profile over the last year, the GRAMMY-winning music star has still managed to be linked to a number of police investigation reports related to acts of violence.

Just two months after an uninjured housekeeper sued him for emotional distress after witnessing her sister get attacked by a dog on his property, another women alleges she experienced battery at his hands.

Ariana Grande is pressing on with promotion for her latest album ‘Positions.’

For, the songbird has hatched a new performance of fan-favorite ‘pov’ track for VEVO live.

The showing forms part of a broader set of performances Grande filmed for the platform that will be rolled out over the next few weeks.

The trailer for ‘Karen’ has arrived.

Led by Taryn Manning in the titular role, the film centers on a racist, an entitled woman in the south named Karen White who terrorizes her new African-American neighbors. She makes it her goal to force out the new kids from her neighborhood by any means necessary.

It takes its name and thematic inspiration from the countless “Karens” who went viral in recent years.

Coke Daniels is on board as director and says he hopes the film presents a fresh perspective on various topics – particularly race relations in America and social justice.

Set for a September release on BET, ‘Karen’ also stars Cory Hardrict, Duane Finley, Dawn Halfkenny, Jasmine Burke, and Gregory Alan Williams.
