Oh boy is exactly what spectators were saying once they copped a gander at the Instagram tussle between rapper Cam’ron and comedian Faizon Love earlier this week.

It all started when Love accused JAY-Z of being fake and fabricating his drug-dealing past.  Once Cam got wind of the funnyman’s comments, he came to his former Roc-a-fella friend’s defense. What ensued afterward was an all-out war.

Just a week after Ariana Grande‘s ‘Side to Side’ co-star Nicki Minaj made history with her first Hot 100 #1 single, the Doja Cat-led ‘Say So’ (as we reported here), the GRAMMY winner has followed suit courtesy of her latest hit, ‘Stuck With U.’

As we reported here, the Justin Bieber-shared song debuted at #1 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100 – much to the dismay of rapper 6ix9ine.  What is certain to anger him more is the number of records broken in the wake of the tune’s crowning.

Over 10 years after her first Billboard chart appearance as a solo act, Nicki Minaj has earned her first Hot 100 chart-topper courtesy of Rap sensation Doja Cat‘s Disco-inspired ‘Say So.’

As we reported here, the Dr. Luke-produced cut outpaced Megan Thee Stallion‘s megahit, ‘Savage,’ to #1 after a heated race thanks to boosts in radio airplay, sales, and streaming.

Although the win comes as Cat’s inaugural climb to the tally’s top as well, Minaj’s ride to Hot 100 reign is one for the record books.

Now, as her fans – affectionately called #Barbz – continue to celebrate the Rap Queen’s ascension to the chart’s throne, look inside to see 10 of many history-making highlights that will give them cause to keep that praise party going:

With her hits ‘No Pain, No Gain,’ ‘Clean Up Woman,’ ‘Pain,’ and ‘Tonight is the Night,’ GRAMMY-wining songstress Betty Wright rose to fame as one of R&B’s most prized voices to emerge from the 70’s.

Her unforgettable numbers touched millions over the course of her 40+ year career, as evidenced by the outpouring of grief in response to recent news of her death at age 66 (click here to read more).

In addition to the fans and admirers who have help blast her greatest hits to the top of real-time digital sales tallies in the wake of the report, celebrities like John Legend, Snoop Dogg, and more have taken to social media to reminisce on her impact.

With his hit, ‘Toosie Slide,’ Canadian rapper Drake became the second artist in history to debut a single atop the Hot 100 three times over his career – an accomplishment only ‘Queen of Billboard’ Mariah Carey could boast at the time.  Later, Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande were able to as well (click here to read more).

Granted, the feat of nabbing multiple openings at the tally’s summit is ultra rare, but many will be surprised to know – even in the current era of streaming – how infrequently any act has premiered a song at the hitlist’s peak position at any point in his or her career. In fact, among the 1,120 #1 hits in Hot 100 history (which dates to Aug. 4, 1958), only 51 of them debuted at the top.

To celebrate Drizzy’s addition to the growing index, That Grape Juice thought it a great time time to salute the hitmakers who broke the ground before and after him.
