Per multiple reports, Lauryn Hill was set to hit the stage tonight at the 2016 Grammy Awards.
The elusive songbird was due to take vocal flight alongside The Weeknd, yet ‘The Hills’ singer’s performance was a solo affair – much to the confusion of all those with knowledge of what was “supposed” to occur.
In a freshly released statement, a rep for the Fugees star has explained what happened:
Rihanna was slated to take to the stage at tonight’s Grammy Awards (which are on-going as we type). However, reports just in assert that the model has had to pull out.
