‘Baby One More Time’ beauty Britney Spears is looking to see her name atop charts one more time with her newest hit ‘Work B*tch’ – the lead single from her December due 8th album.

Though off to a considerable slow start, its undoubted that TeamSpears are hoping its highly anticipated music video will do the trick to reignite interest in the tune.

The pop princess ensured that anticipation reached a feverish pitch when she took to Instagram moments ago to unveil the first look at the visual.  And, while we knock Brit quite a bit, we do have to give it to her – she is absolutely working in this video!

As if the week hasn’t seen enough action via Rihanna vs. Teyana Taylor and Michelle Williams, now it seems Twitter has been reignited with an ongoing Twitter rant by ‘Heartless’ hitmaker Kanye West.

No stranger to his fair share of rants over his illustrious career, the rapper/producer produced a number of fiery tweets aimed at late night host Jimmy Kimmel after the funnyman spoofed West’s recent hour-long BBC interview.

Oh, Britney.

The past week has seen the pop princess reign atop headlines for all the right and wrong reasons.  First, much to fan delight, Spears re-emerged with a new single ‘Work B*tch’ – the first from her yet-titled 8th album.  Days later, news surfaced the single didn’t work to get the singer back atop charts.

Next, the ‘Toxic’ tinwoman launched a week-long promo run to share news of her 2-year Vegas residency.  Days later, conflicting reports surfaced regarding the show’s “abysmal sales”.

Well, it seems now manager Larry Rudolph has had enough of the rumors the singer would be on a 2-year “lip syncing” fest and slams reports of poor ticket sales for the event.  Giving dibs on the singer’s new album, even going so far to compare it to Madonna‘s ‘Ray of Light’, tuck in below for Rudolph’s report:

Though it’s done little to tarnish her public persona in the eyes of the general public, Pop belle Rihanna has made quite the habit of using social media to mock- and in some cases bully- many a public figure.

One of these, being ‘Overdose’ sensation Ciara, whom she launched a lengthy ‘Instagram assault‘ on upon the release of her #1 single ‘Body Party’ earlier this year.

Now, after taking a seemingly unprovoked aim at Adidas ambassador Teyana Taylor this week, the ‘We Found Love‘ performer has seen thousands of web users from across the globe lend their support to her and victims of domestic violence, after a remark Taylor made pertaining the star’s abusive past.

Support, that now sings to the tune of a petition launched to see Taylor’s contract with Adidas terminated, generating more support with every passing hour.

 Could jealousy have been to blame for Kendrick Lamar’s controversial ‘Control‘ verse?

If a question posed by Hip Hop tastemaker Elliott Wilson to Rapper Drake is anything to go by, it may just have been.

For, during their taped conversation launched to promote the MC’s brand new album ‘Nothing Was The Same’, the scorching verse and the response that followed it was brought up- seeing Wilson hint Lamar’s long running desire to match or surpass Drake’s achievements as the fuel for his lyrical fire.

Ever the hustler, Nicki Minaj pulled away from work on her third studio album two days ago, to embark on her US promotional tour for her brand new fragrance ‘Minajesty‘.
