Despite turning 45 next month, Janet Jackson‘s work ethic shows no signs of slowing down.

Taking a brief break from her sell-out ‘Up, Close, & Personal Tour’, the Pop icon hit up Book Soup in West Hollywood yesterday (April 15th) to promote and sign copies of her New York Times Bestseller ‘True You: Finding & Loving Yourself’. Fans are said to have queued around the block for a chance to meet the superstar diva.

As earlier reported, popular demand has seen Jackson’s tour has been extended to the Fall.

However, it looks that the rising diva has put those words into action as she walked the streets of Los Angeles without makeup earlier this week, opting for an all natural appeal.

If Jessie J keeps this up then her ‘Who You Are’ album won’t have any problems entering the Billboard 200 at #1!  The British songbird hit the stage for a 2nd time on ‘The Ellen Degeneres Show’ today, this time with an exciting rendition of ‘Price Tag’, continuing to extend her string of high profile promotional appearances.

R&B legend Toni Braxton is enjoying renewed exposure as of late, thanks largely to her new WeTV series ‘Braxton Family Values’.

It appears the singer is keen to use the platform to shed light on why she filed for bankruptcy for a second time last year – a topic she talked in depth about while plugging the show in Black Enterprise.
