I really came to check this post out because I immediately thought of Kat Deluna Fan. Lol!
First the good: I like the hook and the video isn’t bad.
The Bad: I hate the verses. It sounds like it doesn’t stand out.
The result of all this is basically a radio cut that will do moderately well if it’s promoted properly. I do see potential and I hope that she gets her hands on a song that will really show off what she’s capable of.

YO! I’m Kat’s no.1 fan in Britain. Like, everyone who knows me knows her.
Kat couldn’t be more respectful to those who opened the doors to her. You should hear her praise J.Lo, a blatant inspiration to her style. She raves about legendary hispanic singers that you wouldn’t even have heard of.. La Lupe, Amanda Miguel, Rey Ruiz, Milly Quezada and yeah you better believe it.. Selena Q.P. (The Party O’Clock/On The Floor debacle was a one off slip on redone’s behalf- of course it was provoking. My mates who I introduced Kat DeLuna’s music to spotted the ‘tragic similarities’ before I did). Kat is SO grateful to J.Lo.. please check out that interview in Sweden and that other one at People en Espanol festival.
Redone is like an empire. There’s no denying that Kat was the first artist to flaunt that style, have a hand in creating it and therefore start that whole movement back in 07, most tastefully showcased in 9 Lives, Kat’s debut CD.
I’m not saying I’m perfect but I struggle to imagine myself disliking artists due to their lack of fame. Imagine.. what sort of delusional thinker would rate or judge a singer for her lack of chart success. People who say stuff like ‘give up bitch yo a flopstar’ or ‘she’s a failure’ are failing themselves, to realise that there’s talent yet to be discovered and that it’s thanks to people such as themselves that certain artists have trouble becoming as famous as the top of US mainstream. There’s all the more reason to support. Why, and I ask this genuinely, would you hate someone because he/she’s not as famous as Rihanna? Like, are you serious? WHY? You may as well buy out Rebecca Black because she’s “successful” and “relevant”, “current” and “mainstream.”
Kat’s new clip is sexy, dutty, and sluttier than her older ones but her music’s always been sexy. She’s older now and the point is shes Dominican like ya tu sabes que’loque’?

The hook is nice but the verses don’t hold my interest. Maybe if she featured a hip-hop artist on the song it could do better on the charts. I liked the video, she looks more grown up now.

Kat is a doll! I knew she could sing but I didn’t know she could dance like that I mean Whoo, I could get some tips from her. My only issue with her, is I really don’t like her music enough to buy her album. Whine it up and Run the show are the only two songs I like from her. I didn’t even know she was still making music. The video was cool, loved all her looks she rocking that blond hair.
