The ‘Who Is She To You?’ singer believes that she is being stalked by a 21-year-old woman who has made a habit of turning up to her house….uninvited.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department revealed that the young woman was arrested on Monday evening after she was spotted near the star’s home and was booked for 649.9 (a) of the penal code.
Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows or willfully and maliciously harasses another person and who makes a credible threat with the intent to place that person in reasonable fear for his or her safety.
She will face one year of county jail if she is found guilty.
Brandy filed a restraining order against her on Tuesday morning.
