Drake recently revealed that he once bought back the ice-blue Bentley Quavo had gifted to his now ex, Saweetie, and surprised the Migos rapper by giving it back to him.
While speaking with BenDaDonnn during a livestream, Drake shared the story behind the unexpected gesture and recalled Quavo’s reaction.
The luxury car originally made headlines in 2020 when Quavo gifted the Bentley to Saweetie just before Christmas during their relationship.
According to Drake, he later spotted the vehicle listed for sale and decided to step in. At the time, he said, money was flowing, and the moment felt right to do something meaningful for his friend.
Drizzy shared:
“There was an ice-blue Bentley—it was Saweetie’s car. Quavo had gotten it for her.
I saw it for sale somewhere, and this was when we were first on Stake, and the paper was just running. I was like, ‘I’m gonna buy that back for my dog.’”
