America may not have a royal family, but oh are Beyonce and hers serving regal realness!

Portraits from the wedding of the singer’s mother Tina Knowles have been released over the course of the day and we are loving ’em.

The likes of Solange, Jay Z, Kelly Rowland were on hand to celebrate Ms. Tina’s marriage to actor Richard Lawson. So too was her adorable granddaughter Blue Ivy, who seems to have a flare for the spotlight. So cute!

Ciara‘s new collection of jams, ‘Jackie,’ is less than two weeks from its release and the singer’s army of fans are awaiting the set bated breath.

Preceded by single ‘I Bet,’ the LP (due May 4th) is unique in that little else has been shared from it – a move we feel has smartly helped heighten anticipation.

Moments ago that changed somewhat when CiCi quenched the thirst of her 6 million Instagram followers with a preview of new song ‘Fly.’

Just days remain until Mariah Carey unwraps her comeback single ‘Infinity.’ 

The fiercely anticipated number, which is the sole new cut on the diva’s latest greatest hits compilation ‘#1 To Infinity,’ is set for landing this coming Monday (April 27th).

Keeping the momentum going ahead of the big day, the singer whets appetites with the unveiling of the track’s official artwork.

Though we seem to be among the few who like the artwork for the song’s housing album, surely we’re not alone in thinking this looks good enough to have been the LP cover instead?

Academy Award winner Mo’Nique is blazing the media trail this week in support of her new movie ‘Blackbird,’ which landed in theaters today.

‘The Wendy Williams Show’ was her most recent stop, and oh did it make for an interesting watch.

True to form, Williams didn’t hold back with the actress/former TV host. Indeed, she quizzed about the much reported “blackballed” incident with Lee Daniels and Mo’s initial involvement with ‘Empire.’

Ever able to hold her own, the mother of four made a marked point to explain her side of everything, at times even gesturing Williams to grant her the scope to “tell it.”

It’s been a week of celebration for Tina Knowles and family.

As reported, the mother of Beyonce and Solange tied the knot with her actor beau Richard Lawson recently and now snaps from the nuptials have begun to surface.

Beyond her daughters, Ms. Tina was showered with love from son-in-law’s Jay Z and Alan Ferguson. Grandchildren Julez and Blue Ivy were present too.

Also aboard the wedding boat were Kelly Rowland and hubby Tim Weatherspoon, who attended with their five-month old son Titan.

Lawson’s kin, including actress daughter Bianca Lawson, also shared in the fun-filled festivities, as did singer Luke James and choreographer Frank Gatson.

Monica is prepping her musical comeback with new album ‘Code Red.’ And while the set isn’t ready for revealing just yet, the R&B star tides fans over with a guest feature on new song ‘Do Me Like That.’

Not to be confused as Mo’s single, the track is that of DJ Sense, who also invites rappers Jeezy and Yo Gotti to drop verses.

After more than 20 years in the entertainment business, brand Brandy is still booming.

This week it was announced that the multi-talented star has landed her own sitcom on BET, titled ‘Zoe Moon.’

The move sees the Grammy winner build on her existing relationship with the network, after four consecutive seasons on ‘The Game’ as Chardonnay Pitts.

Our good friends over at True Exclusives lived up to their billing and caught up with B-Rocka to discuss the show, its concept, and her other projects – including ‘Chicago’ and her forthcoming new album.

In recent years, many a diva has ventured to Las Vegas. And with good reason.

Once billed as a museum of ageing acts, Sin City is now emerging as a means of reviving careers. Just ask Britney Spears, who despite tanking with her most recent album has carved out a new success narrative with her ‘Piece of Me’ show which is now its second year.

With Mariah Carey now in the mix, it’s little surprise then that other iconic names such as Janet Jackson and Jennifer Lopez are believed to want a piece of the pie ahead of planned comebacks.

However, if new reports prove true, the ladies Vegas plans are heading in two different directions.
